Aquisition Loan for a Hercules Luxury Home, California

Last week Rubicon Mortgage Fund, LLC funded a $1,400,000 acquisition loan for a luxury home in Hercules, CA. Rubicon was able to cross-collateralize our loan with the borrowers San Pablo, CA five-plex apartment building for additional security. The borrower intends to sell additional property to pay off Rubicon’s loan. Rubicon’s loan is 53% LTV (Loan-to-Value) with a  one year term.
