Borrower was referred to Rubicon by one of our banking relationships. The borrower needed to refinance his existing loan, as it wasn’t performing. Rubicon worked with the borrower to customize a loan, which ended up saving him money on his monthly payments. He was able to pay off his existing debt and even take some cash out to put back into his business.
