Rubicon recently funded 44% LTC financing in the amount of $700,000 to a repeat borrower secured by a 49,600 SF parcel in San Jose, CA. The parcel had a 3,400-sf home prior to a fire that destroyed the main house. Our client plans to rebuild a new home on this lot.
